Ice can be rented at anytime for practice, games, or parties at reasonable rates (seesummer and winter rate charts) at the front desk, which is open everyday from 7:00 am until 11:00. The reservation can be made over the phone and a complete payment is required by either Visa or Mastercard. When paying in person, you may pay by cash, cheque or credit card.

All persons renting ice are obligated to pay the amount due in full at the time of reservation. If the need to cancel an ice arises, the cancellation must be done with at least 3 days notice.

Should an ice rental be cancelled with more than 3 days notice, the deposit made will be placed on account as a credit towards future rentals. Any amounts paid over and above the deposit will be refunded. If there is a period when Excellent Ice is unable to provide ice times due to mechanical failure or any reason beyond it's control, the customer will have the choice to receive the same amount of hours that were missed at agreeable times, or simply reduce it's rental by the number of hours missed. None of the participants will be permitted to use the facility unless all persons sign the waiver and release agreement. All participants must wear mandatory equipment (helmet, neckguard and skates) at all times on the ice. Contracts must be signed prior to ice times.
