Evening program: July 2 – August 23 2024

These clinics take place weekly in evenings, specifically targeting different aspects of a player’s game. Take an individual class to brush up on your game, or sign up every week to watch your skills develop all summer long!

This program gives players the flexibility to train at their own pace. Whether they want to maintain their training and development throughout the summer, or to drop in from week to week in order to stay in shape, these clinics can easily adapt to off-season goals.

Players will be challenged with power skating exercises and high-tempo stick handling and shooting drills to enhance their skills and conditioning.

Some of the skills that will be focused on are:

  • transitional skating (including crossovers)

One on one drills will be used to improve gap control and positioning on defence.

The last part of each session will consist of a 3 on 3 game.
